About Kosala Nuwan
Kosala is the Founder and Managing Director of Probity Accountants. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, a Senior Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in Sri Lanka, and a graduate of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura with a B.Sc. in Public Management (Special). With over ten years of accounting and auditing experience, Kosala has worked across a wide range of industries including manufacturing (steel, liquor, rubber products, poultry, and others), wholesale and retail, construction, service, real estate, logistics and shipping, financial services, hotel and restaurant, and non-profit organizations. He possesses extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan taxation, covering both direct and indirect tax compliance as well as tax advisory. In addition, he has specialized expertise in project report writing. Kosala has also gained valuable experience working with top ten and Big 4 audit firms and has international exposure as a financial auditor in the UAE (Dubai).

About H.M. Tashini Kavindi
Tashini is the Manager – Accounts at Probity Accountants. She is a graduate of the Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (equivalent to a Bachelor of Commerce) from the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education. With over five years of accounting and auditing experience, she has worked across a range of industries, including manufacturing, service, hotel and restaurant, non-government organizations, and healthcare. In addition, Tashini has gained broad exposure to statutory audits, tax compliance (VAT, SVAT, SSCL), and management reporting across multiple sectors.
